Google Phone In Two Weeks?
By Robert | August 24, 2007
Or is it just more rumors of the much awaited phone? The rumors of the so called”GPhone” have been flying around for awhile now, but could it be sooner then we think?
People have been saying so much about the GPhone for so long now I’m sure most people are sick of hearing it. No one really knows what Google are up to with this. It could just be a Google app for your phone or is it a full featured handset? An India publication has said a few sources in the Google phone, and has said that it could be only two weeks away. It has been said that their are talks underway in India right now between networks, Bharti Airtel, and Vodafone Essar, US regulatory approval should be coming through soon.
Google has not said a word about the the GPhone to date, or if they plan to enter the market. It all seems to make sense, and it was even reported that a late 2007 launch could be in place. From the mobile Gmail and Maps applications, to YouTube on cellphones, and the iPhone email and mapping solutions.
