Next Gen Zune Details Leaked

A Microsoft employee has leaked details of the next gen Zune models. The new range will consist of Zune 2.0 and the Flash Zune, AKA little Zune.
Zune fans where slightly disappointed with the first release of the Microsoft Zune. It was full of features but was not able to take full advantage of all of the new features. For example, it came with built in Wifi but was only able to connect to other Zune’s and could not be connected to the internet. It was also bashed for the extreme DRM’s that where enforced on all music that where transferred between Zune’s and the lack of support for many video formats.
New Zune 2.0 feature list
•Zune 2.0 and the Flash Zune will be out this year.
•Zune 2.0 is like Gen 1 but thinner.
•Larger HDD, same doubleshot finish.
•Flash Zune is 3 by 1 1/4 by 1/4.
•Flash Zune is video capable
•Flash Zune’s Screen covers 75% of the front
•Flash Zune will have WiFi
•Flash Zune will have doubleshot
•Design phase is over, but some tweaks to hardware will occur.
•2.4 million next gen Zunes will be made before 2007’s holiday season, and that 2/3 of em are the Flash Zune players.
Hopfuly the new release of the Zune will take full advantage of all of it features and also ad some mew ones.
