Good 3rd Party Controllers?

Does anyone know of any companies that make Xbox 360 controllers that aren't the standard size and shape? I used to have a great MadCatz controller for my Xbox that was the size of a NES controller, with analogue sticks in the middle, and buttons on the back to take the place of the triggers.

It was perfect for me (I have tiny hands), and I really miss it now I'm forced to use the 360 controller. I've seen lots of third party controllers cropping up, but they're all the same idea as the official controller, just with extra ridges / bumps to make them more comfortable, or different colours.

If anyone has any suggestions, they'd be much appreciated.
