To quickly find any word in a web page type /word it will highlight the word and press Ctrl+G to “Find Again” that word again
If you wish to remove an item from your Address Bar Drop down menu,Highlight it without clicking and use Shift+Delete.
Clear your Download history to make the download manager more responsive : Tools | Options | Privacy
Type about:cache?device=disk in your address bar to view/save items that you have in your firefox disk cache

Thanks for the info on firefox. I used Opera a while back, supporting those cracy troll guys I havent used Firefox, because I an one of those that need to set off sometime to fully understand, and utilize my tools. THis will help me to set off two hours for some tweaking and playing
Thanks for the great tips. I just prefer using firefox and have for a number of years. I just have not taken any time to learn any of the shortcuts or other fun stuff that this browser offers.
I also checked out the memory leak link and will try it in a little while and let you know how that went. Thank you all for the great information.
The most useful tips that I have found have come straight from Mozilla's website. I disabled the blink and a whole array of Javascript annoyances the other day. These only be used to irritate an end user and not compliment any part of the website.
