How many tried or used Hostgator webhosting? - Feed The Geeks

I currently using Hostgator as my web-hosting loving it at them moment, very easy for me to use, anybody else use it or have tried it and what do you think about it?

I was with Host Gator for about a year. I got a one cent coupon, so I tried their shared hosting and I liked it. I stayed with them for a year. They were wonderful but I switched because I wanted a cheap reseller hosting package.

I had been using a re-seller account through them until about 6 months or so ago. They where great though and i never had any problems with them.

Only reason i'm still not with them is that i found a smaller company that offers more space and bandwidth for a cheaper price but the customer support is lacking.

Care to share the link to that site just to be curious lol, another thing i wanted to say about Hostgator is that the customer support is really great well i think it is, thats one thing i like to look for is how fast i get replies when i ask questions it's good to know how fast or slow people respond to questions asked.
