Ps2 vs PSP

well currently i am humming at home with my Ps2, yet time to head off to college is creeping in, so i cant decide, which is better, getting a ps2 screen (or a portable screen in that matter) or getting a PSP.

My ideas current: PSP, its portable, so game everywhere, but i just hate its type of minidiscs, would have preferred the normal minidiscs

PS2: I already have a good game collection, but i would av to sit maself down in the room to play, and although i have the slim version, with the screen, it does kind of seem bulky.

I would say PSP although i don't own one, but a friend of mine owns one, to be honest when he showed me it was the first time i had ever held one of them and it was interesting, he showed me a couple of videos on it and oh how i was so amazed with the picture quality of it, it looked so good, the sound was great to pretty loud for such a small thing lol.

the movie and video side can be covered by my zen vision, all i need the player for is games. The most annoying part of the psp is acquiring the game...

I'd say get a PSP - you'll get more use out of it in my opinion since you can carry it with you while you're on the move. Granted you already have a collection of PS2 games, but there are lots of games coming out on the PSP so you'd be able to pick up lots more games, with the PS2 the chances are you've played most of the games already? Sure, there are still new ones coming out, but not as many as there were a year or so ago.

you got a point there, i guess then it is goodbye to my ps2 for now. What what still bugs me about the psp is the game cds, why couldnt they just make them mini cds, the portability of those things is like at the rate of zero. I would have loved them if they didnt have the case.
