Default Are you using UNIX

Hi,

just wondering how many here are still using UNIX at work, or if you have a server at home, cool. At my work we are using Solaris, but I have worked on HP as well. Also my previous job had old VAX machines, running VMS

I've never used UNIX. In fact, I don't think I've come across a computer running UNIX in a very long time. However, I do run Linux, which is related to UNIX.

Well, most of those commands didn't change as UNIX changed into Mac and Linux (and other OS). As a result, issuing the ls command on a mac will do the same thing as issuing the command on Linux, which will do the same thing as issuing it on UNIX.
