Default No Wii For Me

Well, I would like to talk about the Wii, but I still can't seem to find one. All the cities I'm normally in are college towns, so the Wii's are gone instantly. I don't want to pay extra for one on eBay, etc., so I will probably be waiting a few more months. I've been close a few times to getting one, but always end up just missing out.

I’ve thought about getting a Wii but don't know if I would use it very much.

I have used one before and their lots of fun but I spent all my days sitting in front of a PC so I don't get much time to play console games.

Your best bet is asking an employee when they think they will get more wiis. Go on the day they say right when they open. That will ensure you get one.

I find these sites beneficial when trying to find a Wii:

Are they really that popular?

What makes them so wanted?

I think one reason they are so wanted is because they are somewhat different than your normal gaming system.

While they have traditional type games that can take hours to complete, I think the main draw is games such as Wii Sports. It has multiple games that you control by making the motions, such as bowling a ball or hitting the tennis ball. These games don't last very long.

It is fun to do with the family (especially if you have few chances to actually go somewhere such as the bowling alley). Also, you get some exercise and have a lot of fun.

My whole family is scheming to pitch in to grab one of these for my son's tenth birthday. I'm anxious to play with it, too; I've never laid hands on one, but friends who've got one say it ROCKS.

There seem to be several individual sellers at Amazon who have them - a Google search turned up a few spots, too.

Don't feel bad Jason, none of the shops in town have any of the Wii's in stock either. They generally stock 2-3 and they are gone no sooner than they are made public to 1-2 people.

I'd love to be able to get my hands on one simply because I like the wireless features and the overall design, but alas, I'm still stuck with PS2 and nothing more .

I have heard a lot about them .I have seen the commercials about them also. I think after they have been on the market a while, the price will go down .It usually does after something is not new anymore. I would like to have one but not top priority at this time. Good luck on finding one.
