Question What mp3 should I buy?

I want to buy a new mp3 player but I would like to know what other choices I have besides ipods... What other brands are out there that offer the same quality and are less expensive?

Thanks for the help!

Since you are looking for an Mp3 player that has the same type of features as an iPod but is far less expensive, there are a number of choices available. Knowing what choices you have available to you will help you to decide on a player that meets your needs and fits your style.

TrekStor i.beat pink is a sleek and reasonably priced player. 2GB Flash Memory, and supports MP3, WMA, WAV formats.

Toshiba Gigabeat U is a very classy flash player also supporting the formats listed above, and weighs 1.5 oz. This player is constructed to take a beating while offer a photo viewer, FM radio and a high-performance recording function.

I had an iPod MP3 player but I must say that it was my worst purchased to date. I used it maybe 5 times. I do a lot of mountain biking, albeit I've been busy recently, and cycling on roads with headphones in is a dangerous activity. I don't mind it too much up in the hills but even still, I find music while on my bike is an unnecessary distraction.

Consequently, I sold my iPod the other week to my brother's friend. Though I replaced my iPod many months ago with a Sony Ericsson W900i phone. That way I get an awesome MP3 player, which also plays movies, as well as a phone with all the useful features a phone has to offer. In my opinion, my W900i sounds better than my iPhone ever did.

...And now, when I am not on my bike, I have 1 less heavy object in my pocket, and I know whenever I have my phone with me, I also have an MP3 player. All in one!

I think 30 gig Ipods are the best. They play videos, music, games, and you can store notes on them, and contacts, and much more.
