Default Who is your ISP?

After having a fit dealing with Charter Communications, I decided that I would go with a known provider that has provided me with exceptional service for 3+ years, Verizon Wireless.

I took on their Business Class Wi-Fi internet access and so far, it has been great. As with any connection, however, it does have it's slow periods, however, I am able to connect anywhere that my phone picks up service and I can take my laptop on the road without having to worry about whether there is a Wi-Fi spot or Wi-Fi access.

It sure beats having to pay Starbucks for Wi-Fi when I am in there socializing and drinking coffee.

So who provides your internet access and what is your experience with them?

How reliable is RoadRunner?

The reason I left Charter, in addition to the constant problems with the lines, was more so because of the incompetent technical support guys. Honestly, I believe they hire about anyone to staff their center.

I am not sure how good technical support is for RoadRunner as I never use them. I have helped others with RoadRunner problems before and never needed to call either except for once.

A while back, the internet used to go out for a bit around 3 AM, but that hasn't happened for a while.

I use SBC Yahoo, which is now AT&T. It's ok, but I hope to get something faster in the near future.

I have always heard good things about UK internet. I guess all places have bad ISP's.

I'm with a very good but expensive ISP, Internode. They are known as a gaming ISP because of all the game servers they host but i like them for the speed and reliability.
