well, I was going to check out your site. The link does not work.I wanted to see what the site was about and before I would know if I was interested in the mod job. How much does it pay?

The best way to get mods would be to choose members who are already on your site as they are familiar with it and already know the whatnot of your community

It's a volenteer job. Kind of like I do for this site.

I don't get paid. It's actually kind of a privledge.

Yes ,I agree. Since you say it is a volunteer position .I would ask that on the forum .If any members would be interested as they are already there and know the content.

Yeah, but it's not really off to a good start yet. There's no "good content" yet.

I was hoping that by looking for mods, some people would be interested, somehow.

Almost like a privilege more than a job.

Have you even asked any members on your site? You may be looking further than you actually have to

Well maybe try and keep users on your site 1st before looking for mods

, once you have a little community it will be easier to find mods as well

Thats a very nice looking forum, i to suggest that you ask members of your forum and see if anyone will help you out there, although i think it is a good idea to ask other people aswell, i mean i could be doing the same thing with asking people to volunteer and help out but not just yet not untill i've figured everything out myself.
Anyway nice site congrats and Good luck with finding help.
