I recently added some ads to my website. I was amazed at how easy it was to earn money. You get money for simply having people view the ads, for people clicking on the ads, and for getting people to download AND install various products. This quickly adds up to a lot of money. I would strongly recommend everyone who owns a site (including Robert) to add some ads. You get paid for nothing.

Ads turn me away from sites. They are annoying, and in the way....

DONT ADD THEM! lol

They offer different types of ads. You could put a strip of them at the very bottom of the page. That way, macuser wouldn't have to worry about them.

I don't know if you guys are running ad block or not but there is a bar of adsense at the bottom of the first and last post of each thread.

I'm am going to try an keep the adds to a minimum but at the end of the day someone has to pay for the day to day cost of running the site.

At the moment i'm making about $1 a day from adsense and so far this site has cost a lot more then that.

I really must spend too much time on the internet. My eyes have become so accustomed to skipping over ads that I didn't even notice them.

DO NOT click on the adds unless you are interest in the service they offer.

If Google see a lot of click coming from the one person my adsense account will be banned for life.

Google Ads works a lot along to it u can add Google search

I actually like that ad idea alot. How did you approach companys and such to get the ads? i would love to add ads to my website once i start it up

All you have to do is go to https://www.google.com/adsense/ and apply.

Once you get accepted you just place the code of your choice on your site.

It looks at the content on you site and displays adds that are in the same market.
