Rep Power: 3 | | My computing area is pretty basic. I have my laptop on my desk. I have a printer to one side of it, and a second monitor to the right of it. Below it, I have a computer that I am working on upgrading. |

Rep Power: 3 | | No. I don't have any at the moment. It's also pretty cluttered with papers and other junk. There really isn't anything to see. Just picture your standard office. |

Rep Power: 2 | | No pictures yet My home has too many computers, I have created a monster. My first computer for the home was in '92, an IBM AT beast, that got everyone started. Now, I have too many. MY son has a laptop, my daughter has a desktop and a laptop, I have two units, both desktops, one is just basically a server, printer spooler for all to use. Throw in a PSP, a PS2 and a PS3. Luckily I have a regular router to handle the wired ones and another WIFI router to handle the wireless laptops and Sony stuff. The wired router has a parellel port too and I have a scanner hooked to it. Thank goodness I know how to set this all up or I'd be supporting someones boating hobby. |

On our cable modem/wireless router (motorola SBG900) if I run the cable through a cable splitter (for TV too) the internet suddenly goes off at unexpected times. | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
