Need help with an intro

I would like to create a flash intro for my website. i do not have any flash intro software like flash4d, but I do have flash 8 on my computer. Can someone please help. Keep in mind I know nothing about flash

I know nothing about flash either. There are heaps of places you can buy flash templates.

Do you want to spend some money or do you want to make it your self?
