Forum Suggestions - Feed The Geeks

There are a few things that this forum is missing that others have. One of them is the quick reply mod. This really speeds up making replies. Another is the user groups. I'm not really sure if they are needed, but some other member might have an idea. You also might consider an irc channel for when the forum gets more popular.

The "quick reply" is a great feature. I always use that on other forums.

Well i have set it to 100 members. When we get one hundred active members i will upgrade the forum to Vbulletin. Vbulletin comes with quick reply standard and a heap of other very cool features.

It is also very easy to add plugins and doesn't take anywhere near as many hacks as PHPBB to make stuff work.

For a short period of time, I had a phpBB forum.

was a HUGE help in installing mods. Here is a simple quick reply mod that says installation is ~3minutes.

I can understand if you don't want to mess around with the mods. It's your board after all. If that is the case, we will just need to get 100 members.
