You guys have no clue what you're missing... SMF is so easy to add on to. I remember trying to mod PHPBB. Nothing worked with my theme, and you had to modify about 20 files. Just for one mod.

SMF you upload the file and activate the mod. That easy!

and themes for SMF are very easy to mod.

I prefer SMF! I've tried phpBB before but I didn't like it so I transferred to SMF. I noticed that my forum loads faster. The members of my forum also love all the mods I installed.

Ok then i was going to say i vote Phpbb lol, i still will, i didn't think that smf was easier than phpbb so i think i'll give that a try, as for adding mods to a phpbb i find it ok although how people say you have to edit some files of the other templates, but so far i think i've done pretty good installing about a good 17 mods with easy mod, on both my subsilver and acidtechex templates, getting the hang of putting mods in, but since everyone is talking about how easy it is to do on smf i'm going to give that one a try.
