YouTube Hack For AppleTV

YouTube is well on track to take the place of Doom in the device hacking arena. Hacking a device to play Doom was always a good sign that it was a sure fire hit. Well now Doom has been replaced with YouTube. These days if a you new product gets hacked to stream YouTube videos, then you really know you have it the big time.

A Series Of Tubes is one more in the long line of AppleTV hacks. For the few out there that are not scarred of voiding there warranty, they can now stream YouTube Video’s though there AppleTV. All you need to do is install Perian on your AppleTV, and you’ll have to load the program using Patchstick or ATVLoader. In other words, this hack is not for beginners.
